TERMS OF LEASE:

  • Short-term agreement ( contract time less than 365 days) - termination in advance of 90 days
  • Long-term contract (the period of the contract more than a year or a contract for an indefinite period of time) - termination in advance of 180 day
  • Minimum lease - 2 rail lines
